A 4-hour Warm Line training is required and is provided by NAMI SWMO. Volunteers needed for daytime hours - 9:30am-5:00pm.Provide non-judgmental support and recovery based service to callers who use the Warm Line, provide resources and referrals to the best of your ability, and direct suicide/crisis calls to the appropriate crisis hotline or 911.
