​The Brook Wellness Center in Branson West, Missouri, is a faith-based, nonprofit outpatient facility dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use and mental health disorders through a holistic, evidence-based approach. Located at 11016 State Highway 76, the center offers a peaceful environment where clients can pursue spiritual, mental, and physical wellness.​
Services at The Brook include individual and group counseling, trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, family therapy, and specialized programs such as anger management, parenting classes, and co-dependency support. The center also provides assessments, drug testing, and recovery management tailored to both adults and adolescents. Many of these services are available in-person or via Zoom, offering flexibility for clients. ​
With a mission to “renew your mind, transform your life,” The Brook Wellness Center works closely with state and local authorities to support individuals on their journey to recovery.
