Thank you for your interest in helping provide prom dresses to young ladies in our community that otherwise would not have access. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the set-up of the event, to help during the event, and also to help pack up after the event is over.
Event Location:
River Stone Fellowship
2129 N Bristol Ln, NixaSet up will begin on Friday March 7th at 1:00 and go until approximately 5:00pm. We will need help unloading all of the dresses, shoes, and accessories as well as with sizing the gowns and shoes.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 8th from 3pm – 5pm. Volunteers will be asked to arrive no later than 2:00pm. We will need help with personal shoppers for the girls, runners to return dresses to the racks from the dressing rooms, greeters to work the sign-in station, and also people who can do minor alterations to the gowns.
Break-down will begin as close to 5:00pm as possible. We will need assistance in loading out all of the remaining gowns as well as packing up all of the remaining supplies. This is scheduled to be finished by 7:00pm.
