Looking for Volunteers to Help Pets in Need! 🐾
We’re looking for compassionate volunteers in Greene, Webster, and Christian Counties to temporarily care for dogs while their owners recover from illness, accidents, or need respite care. This is a great opportunity to help pets and their families during a difficult time.
What’s Involved:
Provide a loving home for a dog or dogs from 1-2 days up to two months, depending on the situation.
Volunteers can choose to commit to short-term or longer stays.
All supplies (food, bedding, toys, and veterinary care) are provided by The Dog Stays.
You provide a safe and caring environment, attention, and love for the dog. You may also need to take the dog to vet appointments or visit their owner while they recover.
Requirements:If you have pets, they must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Your pets must also get along with other animals.
A loving home where the dog can feel safe and cared for.
This is a short-term commitment that’s perfect for anyone considering fostering or looking to help in a meaningful way. If you’ve ever thought about volunteering with a rescue, this is a great way to dip your toes into dog fostering! No Records Found
