Organization Categories: Arts and Culture and Community Development
The Downtown Springfield Association’s (DSA) mission is to cultivate and sustain a vibrant business community represented by a balance of retail, professional, service, dining and entertainment entrepreneurs.
We’re passionate about growing downtown by attracting businesses, retaining talent and meeting the needs of our thriving community. We work with our community partners to produce some of the area’s most iconic events: Artsfest, Taste of SoMo, Cider Days and the Downtown Christmas Parade. Our ultimate goal is to ensure Downtown remains a great place to live, work and play. That means advocating on behalf of developers’ issues, historic tax credits, safety initiatives and more.
