Faith Community Health is a full service charitable clinic providing medical, prescriptions, vision, and mental health services at affordable income-based rates, with an onsite dispensary providing non-narcotic prescription medicines for a low monthly fee to qualifying patients.
We serve low income households who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare and who live or work in Stone and Taney counties
