City Utilities’ 2025 Halloween Hustle is a 5K & 10K race and NEW 1-Mile CANDY DASH with witches and wizards buzzing around historic Springfield for a great cause. Volunteers will help with traffic control, water and food stations, popcorn stations, Halloween games, and racer packet handouts while cheering on participants throughout the event. Taking place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, the race begins and ends at City Utilities of Springfield and features a 5K, 10K, and the new 1-Mile Candy Dash—all with a Wizarding World theme and plenty of Halloween magic. By volunteering, community members will not only enjoy being part of a lively event but also play a meaningful role in providing safety, shelter, and hope for survivors of domestic violence.
