Looking for a meaningful way to support homeless and at-risk youth? Volunteer to serve dinner at Rare Breed Youth Services! We are seeking individuals or small groups (up to 4 people) to provide a hot, homemade meal for up to 40 youth, Monday through Friday.
Volunteers prepare the meal offsite and bring it to Rare Breed, ready to serve by 4:00 PM. Serving typically wraps up by 5:00 PM. Volunteers must be at least 25 years old.
If you prefer not to stay and serve, you are welcome to drop the meal off, and our staff will take care of the rest. Dinners can be anything, your favorite family recipe, casseroles, tacos, pasta, etc. We provide plates, utensils, and drinks, though we appreciate any additional items you can contribute to help stretch our resources.
This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of young people who need support and stability.
To sign up or learn more, please contact Jake Bollinger at [email protected].
Rare Breed Youth Center is located at 301 N Main.
