Teamed with Crosslines Distribution Center and Council of Churches we are looking for long-term volunteers with at least 1-6 hours per week to assist with the operations of the warehouse while providing exceptional customer service to and building strong, supportive, consistent relationships with partner agencies and volunteers.
Responsibilities may include tasks such as:
– Assist with coordinating volunteers to include scheduling, tracking hours, training and preparing for, assigning and overseeing tasks/projects
– Track monthly in-kind donations, purchases, diaper drives and transfers
– Monitor and fulfill partner agency requests/orders
– Quality assurance
– Coordinate order pick ups with partner agencies
– Inventory in-kind donations
– Spread awareness and appreciation of volunteers, partner agencies and community members by creating and posting meaningful social media posts and delivering handwritten thank you cards
