Music Therapy of the Ozarks is a nonprofit organization founded to provide the healing power of music throughout the lifespan by offering funding assistance and building community awareness. We are in our sixth year of existence and thus far, have provided over $125,400 in music therapy scholarships to deserving individuals in our community, provided drums for a child and adolescent treatment program, and funded music therapy programming for the NICU at Cox Hospital. In 2020, with the help of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, we provided the technology tools and guidance to help address social isolation experienced by older adults living in facilities due to COVID-19.
