Community Outreach Ministries is a faith-based 501c3 that exists to alleviate hunger and poverty in Polk County by mobilizing the local community to provide emergency assistance to families and to equip clients with skills for long term success. We operate a food pantry, recycling program, case management program, thrift store, and also serve as a Service Extension of the Salvation Army to provide emergency financial help.
