If you are ready to make an impact in your community and aged 55+, consider volunteering in one of our programs!
Reading Buddy volunteers work one-on-one with a student in Kindergarten through 3rd grade for 30 minutes once a week. Ignite the love of literacy in a child through reading and mentoring. Read books and play literacy games one-on-one with your Buddy.
Math Buddy volunteers work one-on-one with a student for 30 minutes twice a week. Help make math fun and engaging for a child. Lead hands-on activities and play math games with a Buddy in 1st – 2nd grade.
The Homebound Shoppers Service is growing. Assist seniors 60 and older to remain independent and living in their own homes by grocery shopping and providing social support during each visit. Shop weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Each shopping trip lasts between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
We are also partnered with Crosslines Food Pantry. We are recruiting volunteers for a variety of positions to help them carry out their mission.
